Consulting in the Polish real estate market

Organisational consulting in the development and implementation of concrete project developments in the local market.

We are familiar with the peculiarities of the Polish rental housing market:

  • Few offers of rental apartment buildings for institutional investors in the existing stock and corresponding demand for project developments
  • Construction companies with rather little experience in turnkey-ready residential construction and at the same time specific requirements of the Polish tenants with regard to apartment equipment.
  • Tenant types and their demand patterns, market research to estimate achievable residential rents
  • Rental agreement types, amount and allocability of operating costs and characteristics of the property management market.
